This page explains the website and enquiry process. It is not a client service agreement. Viewing the site or sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a service contract.
Our website offer
The advertised Rs1,000 fee covers design and deployment only. Domain registration and hosting are extra. Before any work starts, the written quote must identify the full payable price, applicable tax treatment, separate initial and renewal charges, and the agreed scope.
The starting scope is four marketing pages: Home, About, Services or Products, and Contact & Location. Products are presented as a catalogue, not a checkout. Privacy information and other applicable terms are separate utility pages whose preparation and review scope must be agreed.
Delivery timing, content requirements, revisions, acceptance, payment, cancellation, support, ownership and handover are agreed in writing before work starts. This website does not promise a particular revision allowance or support period. Ongoing updates, maintenance, payment systems, accounts, bookings and custom integrations are not included unless separately agreed.
No purchase, subscription or automatic renewal is authorised merely by visiting this site or sending an enquiry. We do not promise particular sales, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services or permanently free hosting.
Content and responsible use
The studio is owner-led and uses AI assistance. AI tools are not human employees or licensed professional advisers. Client information, permissions, scope and publication decisions require owner review.
Illustrative layouts on this site are examples, not claims of completed client work. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.
No intellectual-property transfer or licence for use of a client's material arises merely from an enquiry. Any rights, permitted uses and handover terms for commissioned work are addressed in the written project agreement.

External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy information. We do not control their availability or content. Our privacy notice explains this site's technical delivery and email enquiries.

Please email us if you find an error or have a concern. We aim to keep the information accurate and may correct or update it. Updates to this webpage do not amend an existing client agreement.
